A heads up tip if you are buying a gift this Valentines Day.
Most Filipinos are known for their Maniana habits, and were also known for Pinoy’s quick and witty antics on taking advantage on everything.
If you would buy flowers this Valentines day 2009, but wanted to make sure that your budget can still handle it then there are two ways that I can say. One is to buy from the known flower tiangge in the Philippines, Dangwa.
But wait, if you really want to get it cheap, either buy 2 days earlier or a day after.
Its just a matter of supply and demand, if you would buy flowers at the peak of Valentines season, wherein Filipinos always never fail to do, then you would be caught up in the bloated prices of flowers. So the more earlier you can buy flowers the better.
Sometimes though being late is much more better than later, you can really save a lot specially if you would buy flowers at around 8pm onwards of the 14th of February, why? since at this point in time the demand for flowers decreases along with its prices, which starts to tumble down to regular prices.
Two major drawbacks from buying flowers at a later time or date rather than before the Valentines day.
One – The good flower variations are already sold out, there would still be some but they’re all left over flowers.
and Two….
Your date is already gone by now, where is she then? off with another Guy who managed to get flowers earlier than everyone else, hence getting your date at a much more earlier time.
Remember, the early bird always catches the girls… I mean the worms.
