URL timeout: robots.txt timeout

After the robots.txt problem, now I am having some ill effects on google failing to index my site again, losing some of the potential traffic that I could have had. Now this time it is because of the google going on timeout. I checked my sitemap and now it is saying “URL timeout: robots.txt timeout”.
I have searched through a number of forums but to my disappointment, the one who have had solved their problems have left the case closed, not even saying how they solved the robots.txt timeout problems.
How can a forum be useful if people don’t post solutions that have helped them solved the problem? People like them don’t deserve to be helped. Well what goes around comes around, and I am sure they would get what they deserve.
I have already contacted my webhosting support on eweb. I just hope that they would answer in time. I have already sent my query regarding this problem, and hopefully this would clear the problems that my site and google are going through.
I just hope that they would not turn the blind eye on me. If that would happen then I would not have any choice but to be forced to transfer to another hosting provider, besides I haven’t paid my hosting site in full since I am still evaluating the service of this hosting provider that I am currently in to. Either way, it’s a win-win situation for me.
Anyway, I’m going to be monitoring this problem and once it gets solved I’m going to post the solution for this problem, unlike other individuals that come and go once they get the answer to the problem. Only thinking about themselves and not having thoughts on sharing it.
