The Bastard Three

Motorists call them the Big 3, others call them the Big Players, but I prefer to call them “The Bastard Three“.
If you are an auto – enthusiast, Sundaydriver, or just an ordinary motorist. It wouldn’t matter if you are driving sedans, suvs, trucks, or motorcycles, no matter how pimped your ride is, we all do know that “all motorists lead to gas stations“.
If that is so then, we know that every single centavo counts. Every single centavo added up or subtracted down to the current oil price is a big deal.
I may say that people who do not drive, or people who drive but do not own a vehicle or use the vehicle sparingly wouldn’t mind this everyday headline in the news on tv and on papers everyday.
I remember back then when I was just commuting from school to home (well I am serviced by my dad from home to school back then), these news about oil price hikes wouldn’t ring a bell. I wouldn’t mind if fares keep on going up because of these price hikes, I wouldn’t mind about those “tigil-pasada”
But soon as I have stepped into my 3rd year in college, I was given my first car, I was given a new responsibility. And I’m going to tell you, back then when I haven’t had my own car, seeing college students driving their own cars looked cool. I never knew that there is a big responsibility that comes along with it. To tell you honestly, having a car is like having a family. You’ve got something to feed, something to take good care of, and something you need to register every time its “birthday” comes.
Keep your head up kiddo! Its not all expense paid!
Then that was the time that these oil price hikes mattered. I never knew it, but I just found myself watching the headlines on the news while cursing and flaming just because of a 50 centavo oil price increase, and thanking the heavens whenever it rolled back.
But worst comes to worst. These 3 bastards never wants to be fair. Ever!
International oil prices aren’t in sync with the local price market anymore! They have the guts to increase the price of oil whenever the international oil prices increases for only a little bit of difference, IN A SNAP, while delaying the rollback of fuel prices whenever international oil prices goes down.
What’s up with that!!
These Bastards are doing Monkey Business. Playing Gods, Dictating what should be and should not, these Bastards namely Shell, Caltex, and Petron think that they are playing a videogame with their Gameshark on. They think they have got all the aces.
Better think again.
The Bastard 3 thinks that they are fooling their fellow Filipinos.
Wrong!
Time will come that these Filipinos will be fed up and do everything by all means to reverse the situation. Time will come that these abused Pinoys will be the one who will be dictating the right price for these oils.
You just wait. What goes around comes around. And bastards like them will get what they really deserve.
