Seems like the Loadcentral Backup Numbers for Globe users aren't working. Actually I'm not sure if its the same case as for the backup numbers for Smart and Sun users but Im pretty much sure that the Globe Backup Numbers for Loadcentral is not working. So after a week of tinkering and using the Nokia C6, I have pretty much had some frustrating and some great moments with the smartphone. Okay starting from the messaging section, well it deviates back to the old format of messaging that previous Nokia smartphones has, meaning it does not have the threaded messaging which is somewhat a tad easier to navigate with though this may not surprise a lot of users since its kinda like "second nature" already to most but this is something that I was not expecting... But hey, it has something a but current though as it supports handwriting recognition which a lot of users who are upgrading from their old mobile phones would love to have and some current touch screen enabled phone users already are familiar with. Generous Folks at Nokia Philippines handed me this time the Nokia C6 after my review about their new Nokia C3 a few weeks ago. Thanks to them, I can now "test drive" this new Nokia C6 which was released around a month ago. My first impression of the unit was it was solidly built as soon as I got my hands on it.. It felt like I was holding a sturdy smartphone that can handle a lot of rough handling and a bit more... I also noticed the 5 megapixel camera which has autofocus and a LED Flash and that it has the slide form factor which I started to get used to ever since I got my Nokia N900 a few months ago. I turned it on and tested the Resistive touchscreen and I was amazed by the responsiveness that I experienced with its screen. Okay its been like 5-6 days already since I have had dibs on the Nokia C3 which Im currently evaluating and reviewing right now, and first off I have decided to go straight to its core function feature, the Social networking prowess that this entry level smartphone boasts about. Its great to have Twitter, Facebook and Email to be integrated into the Nokia C3, no apps needed to be installed, ever, it comes out of the box and considering that it does not have the 3G coverage it still can be able  to let you enjoy your social networking life while you're on the go wherever you are at a push of a button with the use of either edge connection or wifi.. The Nokia C3 Facebook integration feature is useful enough for you to be able to get the latest news, status updates, messages and whatnot right on your Nokia C3, much like the Facebook Mobile though this one is in my opinion a bit faster since it only loads all the essential things that you mostly check out on your facebook page. Friendly Folks at Nokia Philippines just sent me a review unit of the Nokia C3 which was released this July 2010 here in the Philippines. Its a series 40 (S40) Smartphone with a full QWERTY Keyboard that somehow looks similar to the Nokia E63. First look and I know that its going to be a phone which is catered to those who love the online multimedia services much like Facebook, Twitter and emailing. The unit that was sent to me was the Slate Grey Nokia C3 though it looks to me like its a dark bluish phone but it comes in three colors, Slate Grey, Hot Pink and Golden White. Light phone which is catered for those who are tight on their budget, or those who would want to have some upgrade from their old mobile phones but would want to have the connectivity that is the current trend right now. Im now a proud owner of Nokia's N900, its current phone that runs on Maemo OS! Im still having some Ooh and Ahh moments as I discover new things with my new Gadget.
