Ever since Google Adsense integrated Western Union payments to certain countries, including Philippines, receiving payments had never been so much easy.
There are many advantages of using Western Union as your preferred method of payment, but recently there had been some problems with other bloggers who receive payments from Google thru Western Union.
Rico of Technogra.ph recently had been hit with the wrath of strictness that some branches of Western Union Philippines has been implementing.
Apparently, when getting your payment through Western Union, one of the requirements that you would need to show are 2 valid, government issued ID's. Well there wouldn't be any problem with that but the problem would be if your Payee name on Google Adsense does not exactly match the ones written on your government issued IDs.
An Adsense Publisher would immediately want to modify his/her Payee name so that it would match his/her ID, but the problem is Google Adsense have this note:
