It was the exact date last year (December 2, 2007) when I was stunned with a question regarding this. I was taking the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam back then, I can still remember this somewhere around item number 60 to 70.

The question could have been more easier if they have had left the obvious answer, but since I was gunning for my Nursing license then the questions on the exam should be tough.

After reading the question, I did not care to look for the answer since I knew that it was an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, but what the heck, when I tried to look at what letter it was located I was stunned.

Using the process of elimination I was left with two choices, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD).

I am under time pressure then but with this two choices left, I wasted 5 minutes thinking if it was a trick question or a typographical error or whatnot.

In the end I chose obsessive compulsive personality disorder. So did I get it right?

When I got back home, I checked my Psychology book and was happy with the choice I made

2 months after, I am an official R.N.

I would be waiting for the November 2008 Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam Results maybe around after 2 months or so since they were the biggest batch who took the exam.
