Miserable Failure | Obama Googlebombed

This was the first time that eperienced this, and the truth is, this just didn’t made me smile but made me laugh hard.
Try searching “Miserable Failure” on Yahoo! and look at what results you would get on the first page of SERPs. A search result linking to the page of the American President Barack Obama.
Actually a few days ago or maybe a week ago, if you would search for “Miserable Failure” on Google you would also get the same results, pointing to Barack Obama’s webpage, but Google had already fixed it and just reveals results linking to the discussions about the Googlebombed keyword.
The truth is that it used to link to the webpage of the former US President George Bush but since after the change of seat, all the links that goes toward George Bush was transferred to Barack Obama.

I find this a bit hilarious though because of the “Miserable Failure” thing, I was thinking what about President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo? Are there any Googlebombed keywords against the Philippine President? Hmm what about “Small Terrible” or “Moderate Greed“.
But seriously though, the downside of this would be the bloggers who did some SEO on Barrack Obama and his inauguration which were ranking high would rather get dropped from the SERPs because of the Algorithm changes that Google made.
We will see if they would be affected in a matter of days.
