I know its been a while but I haven’t got to watch Hell Girl. I was just so curious about Hell Girl because of the infamous Hotline to hell or the Jigoku Shoujo wherein Enma Ai, the lead character in the story does her job as a hell girl.

How it works? Well in the story, characters accesses a website that only opens at 00:00 or exactly at midnight, if you are successful, you will be asked of the name of the person wherein that person’s soul would be sent to hell. In return, your soul will also be sent to hell when you die.

Because of this, a couple of sites mushroomed on the internet, replicating the said website, wherein it is just available at midnight and also asks for the name of the person that you want to have revenge on. A similar site with this kind of style is Hotel 626 wherein it is only accessible at 6pm to 6am, though you can still manipulate it so you would be able to access it anytime that you want. The difference is the Hotel 626 is a game.

Hell girl is a disturbing and psychological story, hmm, I think I don’t have the right yet to judge it since I haven’t watched the anime myself.

But as to what I have read, well I would rather have the Death Note. Now this death note is the one that I have watched. I would rather have the death note rather than the hotline to hell since I can do my vengeful but powerful acts with it anytime anywhere rather than waiting until midnight to deliver my purpose. I can even have the option on when a person would die and how he/she would die, the only limitation for it is that you need to know a person’s name and face while writing his/her name on the death notebook in order for the action to be delivered.

But as for me, hotline to hell in real life is somewhat a hoax though, but it is still fun to do.
