It’s been 5 days since from now that I am posting this rant about my Globe Handyphone number. The problem is that everytime I try to load credits into my account, the maintaining balance gets eaten after a few hours after the load has been sitting around on my phone. The first day I realized this situation, I just thought that there were some problems with Globe or something and the credits that got eaten will be credit back, but as many have said “marami ang namamatay sa akala”.

Anyway, to be able to get the “eaten” credits you should place a complaint by calling their customer service representatives thru your globe powered mobile phone by dialing 211. My problem about that is I did not want to talk to any customer service representatives for the sole reason that most of them do not know anything but system upgrades, server maintenance, or there are problems in the location of the user and other useless junk that comes out from their mouth. I have yet to talk to a customer service representative that knows anything about what they do. Imagine you will call 211 just to find out na kelangan mo pa na magbigay ng number mo sa kanila, bakit? What’s the reason? Don’t they know it? Di ba dapat alam na nila yun, what the purpose of them being called a service representative kung parang wala naman silang power to fix the problem?

But still, I had no choice, if there were somebody that has the power give the eaten credits well it’s the company itself, thru their customer service representatives, but if this was about the problem about the my internet connection which is thru Globe also, then there is something that I can do, since Im more into computer stuffs and whatnots.

I called, had explained the problem, and by the sound of the csr’s voice, even a child can say that the csr has no clue on what is happening, I can hear her typing and typing and typing, what is that they are typing? Are they using the power of Google to solve the subscriber’s problems? Then after 3 minutes and 31 seconds, the conversation was cut off, I don’t know what happened, and it’s not my phone, it’s fully charged, all I saw on the screen of my phone was the call summary, and nothing else.

After that hang up, I did not dare try to call back, I do not want to repeat myself again to another csr, I do not want any inconveniences anymore. Isipin ko na lang may problema ang Globe, sa isip, sa salita at sa gawa.

But if there were anyone who wants to know what the problem was well here it is

I try to load myself with just 20 pesos, its just enough, since I seldom use my phone for calls, and I can simply load credits to myself using load.com.ph’s service.

Now after loading the 20 pesos, I will subscribe to Sulitxt and its just more than enough since hindi ko naman nauubos ung 100 free text globe to globe.

Now 20 pesos (load) minus sulitxt 15 (sulitxt) = 5 pesos (maintaining balance)

Now after I have registration for sulitxt has been confirmed, I’ll check my balance to see if the 5 peso maintaining balance is still there, and it is, now after a few hours, after just texting a few messages to a globe number, and checking again the balance, I will be informed that the balance is down to 0.

Mind you, I haven’t texted to any other networks except globe, Im sure because it’s the same number that I have been texting for a couple of years now.

The weird thing about that is that I can still send messages even though I have a 0 maintaining balance. Isn’t it that in order to send messages to globe user when I am under the sulitxt subscription I must have at least 1 peso remaining balance? But with this weird thing happening to me, I can still be able to send text messages even without any balance. That would have been okay if I did not have spent any dime, but the problem is I did and the remaining balance that should have been mine is somewhat stolen from me.

Globe should better be fixing this thing Now! If someone would suggest that better change my sim, well I just can’t, I have been using this number for around 3 years now and I have many contacts here in my sim. So they better stop those cheating sessions if they don’t want their subscriber’s to go out in a rage!
