I applied for my Philippine Passport finally after months of procrastinating over the fact that I would still need to schedule my appointment so as to be able to apply for a Passport. But nonetheless, I knew this day would come that I would apply for my own passport and checking that I have the requirements needed, I followed through. By the way for the first time applicants for Philippine Passport, here are the requirements that you would need:
NSO Birth Certificate
Valid Government ID (SSS, LTO or Driver's License, PRC ID, BIR, School ID for Students)
Supporting Documents like Baptismal Certificate, Form 138 (Transcript of Records), Voters ID, NBI Clearance etc.
