I recently helped my cousin who was having problems accessing his Facebook account from Vietnam. From what I heard ISP's in Vietnam were blocking the ever so popular Facebook from their networks and he was asking me for help everytime he goes online. I already tossed him out some good techniques like using proxy sites, and the like. Mozilla Firefox 6 has just been released yesterday and is ready for download for new and existing users of the said browser. Expect though that certain plugins that you are using might not work on the newly released browser so in order to be able to use your existing plugins for the newly updated firefox browser just follow the instructions below assuming that you have already updated your firefox browser to version 6. Step 1: Type about:config on the address bar of your Firefox 6 browser. You would be prompted with a message. Just click the "I'll be careful I promise" button. Step 2: Right click on any "whitespace" on the displayed page and click "NEW" and choose "BOOLEAN" Step 3: Enter the preference name as extensions.checkCompatibility.6.0 and click ok. Step 4: Choose "FALSE" as the value of the boolean and click ok. Restart your browser and that's it! now those plugins that was disabled when Firefox was updated are now enabled. If there are any updates for the outdated plugin, it would be updated automatically so don't worry about those outdated plugins. For those of you who have jumped over and joined the FireFox 4 Bandwagon yesterday, you would have noticed that one of the most favorite extensions on Firefox (Delicious) is still incompatible with the current version of Firefox. Been playing around with my Globe Wimax 4G Huawei BM622 interface for some time now and what a relief when I finally was able to get a workaround on getting the Huawei Bm622 Admin Password. I mean there are a lot of those who cannot use the "View Source" method ever since the Firmware of the Huawei BM622 Modem's firmware got updated, and I was one of them. You'd know that the "View Source" method would not work for your if the Firmware date of your Huawei BM622 is dated in the 2010, which means you would not be able to tweak around your Globe Wimax BM622's hidden Admin settings, but with the workaround that I used, I was able to find out the Admin Password using the MAC Address and Device ID of my Modem.
