I have been a fan of NBA Live ever since it made its debut in PS 1. As far as I can remember, the very first NBA Live that I had played was NBA Live 98. Of course at that time, everyone was stunned by the graphics that PS 1 delivers. So am I with NBA Live 98. After 10 years I have had back and forth favoritism when it comes to baskeball gaming.
Because ever since, many competitors have caught up with EA's NBA Live success, the usual stunning graphics that NBA Live delivers is now at par and sometimes a little bit awkward to other basketball games.
I remember last year, I was disappointed to NBA Live 2007, poor graphics, lousy control and gameplay, redundant commentary speech and whatnot, so I decided to switch temporarily to another basketball game title by another gaming company, the NBA 2K7, since that year, 2K7 was able to catch up with EA's NBA Live title and somehow managed to surpass Live's reputation on basketball gaming.
This year NBA Live was back with their 2008 version of NBA Live, and this time, they've got my trust again, revamping the gameplay and making up for the loss ...
