So it was decided, just bought the Canon MX308, it was good, and its quite big, but no regrets for the choice that I made. I just hope that this Canon MX308 would last longer than the hp printers that we had. I am still trying to figure out every feature this printer had since I was so used to HP printers controls and whatnot that jumping to a new brand is a different thing, it's much more like jumping from a Nokia phone to a Motorola or Sony Ericsson phone or any brand for that matter. Ever since we have had our very first printer, we have had our loyalty to HP, but for the span of 5 years, HP never did last long, we have had to change twice for that 5 year span. That is when my mom got fed up and wanted to purchase a newer brand of printer rather than having it fixed since it would take forever to have it fixed and the cost for labor and would-be parts that could be changed would cost the same as the amount of a newer one. I have drove along Commonwealth Avenue back then when I have had my duty at Far Eastern University Hospital and Tala Leprosarium in Northern Caloocan, I can therefore say that 40 speed limit is rather insane. I am thinking if they have mistakenly interpreted 40 kph against 40 mph (which is around 60 kph). Imagine jeepneys and buses crawling at that speed in the very wide highway of Commonwealth Avenue. If they were to implement this, buses and jeepneys should also have their own lanes and should not use the lanes intended for private drivers like me, since imagine a highway cluttered with crawling PUV's, vehicles would just get clogged in the long run, specially when rush hour comes. 40 kph is a bit ridiculous though, but thankfully only PUV's are affected with this speed limit. It's not just kinda slow, but 40 kph is too slow for a big road, lets just say that it should have been the minimum and 60 kph as the maximum. My brother told me to try out Hotel 626, he didn't tell me what it was, and what it is all about, leaving me clueless, all he did say was you must have a microphone and webcam attached, but still I did gave it a try and I guarantee that it is a good scary web based game. Hotel 626 is an online web game brought by Doritos, yup, the Doritos chips that you love to eat. I was intrigued though since it was dubbed by many as the scariest place online recently. Isn't it that whenever there is an update for your installed software it is an obligation to update it right away... right? But because of YM 9.0, the cliché was debunked. Well it is not that necessary to update whenever there is a new release, since there is still a big possibility that the update has many bugs or whatnot, unless the version of whatever software you have really needs to be renewed for security fixes. This show has been airing at GMA - 7 for around 2 months already. it's a weekly show that airs every Saturday morning. I thought back then that ka-blog was a show about blogging, bloggers and the latest on pinoy and international blogosphere, but hell I was wrong. I had a glimpse of a bit of their show, hmm around 3 - 5 minutes or so, but I got disappointed, same as pinoyblogero, so disappointed that it made me click on another channel on the remote. I expected it to be what its title says, "blog", a show about blogging, but it's not, instead it is a show about adolescent lifestyle may it be fashion, high-tech gadgets, sports, and relationship advice. I my opinion GMA would have been more successful if they resurrected 5 and Up, at least viewers will learn more about it right? Or if they have had changed the title to a much more appropriate one. I knew it, its been a week now and Globe wireless broadband is sick again. Tsk tsk tsk, symptoms of selective browsing and slow loading are manifesting yet again after around 2 months of flawless internet connectivity. I have seen a couple of people from different forums are complaining about the crappy connection. From where I am standing, i experience slowdowns at certain times for around 6 days already. I tried reverting back the original settings, making the dns value of my zte mf600 set to auto, but the connection came worst. Good thing, Open DNS helps decrease the crappy connection of my internet, since calling the customer support representatives of Globe Innove is the last thing that I want to do. If there are any globe wireless broadband users out there that are experiencing the selective browsing syndrome, then why not try to change your zte mf600's DNS to manual and enter the following IP address.
