1. Resume
2. Transcript of Records
3. RLE Form
4. Diploma
5. PRC License
6. IVT license
7. Basic Life Support Training
8. Certificate of Board Rating
9. Training Certificates
10. Certificate of Employment or Certificate of Good Moral Character (if new graduate)
11. Three Referral Letters (referral from the college accepted if new graduate)

   I was surfing the net then I saw your website where there is a list of hospitals. I would just like to ask if the listed requirements per hospital are requirements for NURSES who wish to be employed as staff nurses or trainee nurses?

   i was copying the listed requirements a while ago then i realized that it was not indicated that the requirements are for nurses. Thank you so much for your time. The information that you are sharing through your website is indeed a great help for me who is currently a registered nurse but still unemployed. Thanks so much. I’ll be waiting for your response.
