I left home at around 5:00 PM, I was kind of a bit lazy that time to get myself ready, I was like dragging my feet, but hell, it was nuffnang’s first so it doesn’t matter, I was determined to go.

I knew that traffic would be really heavy, and there are many ways on getting to Robinsons Galleria from my place, but since I was kinda lazy that time, I just got to go with the flow and planned on taking alternate routes while I was on my way since I know the metro just like the back of my hand, what a shame if not since I grew up here.

Anyway, around 5:30 I was right infront of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) at E. Rodriguez, and guess what, just what I have been expecting! I am stuck! Damn! Traffic was crawling, movement is only around every after 15 minutes. Think think think!!… I tuned in to wave 89.1 since I knew that around 6pm trapik.com would be reporting about the traffic situations in the metro.

Around 6pm, still I am in E. Rod., good news vs. bad news. Good news is, I was just 3 vehicles away from the stoplight, Bad news is, I found out that the only traffic part was that section of quezon avenue, why?? Well its just because of the damn traffic enforcer controlling the vehicles. Making them stop even if it is green light! Damn it, but since I was turning right to Araneta ave, I was allowed to go.

I realized that it was just a chokepoint since after turning to Araneta Ave. the traffic is nonexistent! I was driving smoothly. I treaded from turning right to araneta ave. up to Gilmore ave thru aurora blvd. for only around 15 minutes! That was how fast it was, then again since ortigas was a long winding road I was able to foresee a pile of vehicles as it starts again to build traffic.

Oh no, not another chokepoint, it was at the intersection of santolan rd. and ortigas. Then finally trapik.com report! It was late for about 15 minutes or so. I turned up the volume just to make sure I would hear everything. According to the report, meralco ave was smooth flowing, now that was a clue if it would be bumper to bumper while closing in to Robinsons galleria.

The whole stretch of ortigas was smooth flowing! Thank god, except for that chokepoint in santolan-ortigas intersection. I was even having a “mutual-racing” with another car. Well the race was fun, haha, and I lost.. huhu, why?? Well since ortigas was wide open, no heavy traffic whatsoever, the road was full of “Sunday drivers“!!.. Damn it! Well it isn’t bad to Sundaydrive, since I admit that I am also a Sundaydriver specially if I am not racing against time and there are less vehicles.

Anyway, 6:30 PM, I was looking for a parking space, around 5 minutes or so I was all ready to come inside the mall.

Lazy as I am, I was kind of walking-in-the-park. I arrived at around 7pm at the cinema lobby. Hmm, there are also some bloggers there who were alone. Hmm, I first spotted Ada with some friends, then I also spotted Hannah with her friend.

So I Signed up, and I think it was Camille who gave me the CD with the ticket.

Soon, the world around me started to shrink. I was trained to be somewhat “kapalmuks” back then when I was a nursing student, talking to strangers was a must. But this time para akong “di-makabasag pinggan.”

Then after signing up, I was gladly approached by Jing. Even encouraged me to have a photograph so it would be posted on nuffnang’s site.

It was my first time to arrive at such event, even to see and somehow meet other bloggers.

Uhm, who else did I spot there, of course most bloggers but there were few that I do recognize because of their photos in their blogs. Oh the winner of the ticket miss eathlingorgeous, batangyagit, jehzlau, emz.. hmm I know there are also others that I spotted there that I couldn’t remember.

Oh, and about the movie?? Hmmm, I was shocked that brad pitt got killed… im not used to see brad pitt getting killed. Well that was a spoiler hehe.

I wont be telling much about the movie though so as not to spoil it to anyone who still haven’t watched the movie and are planning to watch it next week or next next week.

Hoping to see them all again sa Sony Event naman!

By the way, I was carstruck! I just saw a ford mustang riding down the street of ortigas! Not my first to see mustang, but you can rarely see those kinds along the street! Well, I couldn’t id its plate since it has a commemorative plate infront saying “POWER” and the back plate was a name of some sort. Hmm. I think this is a good post to be put at tsikot.com goon squad!!
